I was looking for a place to put this so we could discuss but didn't really find a place that worked so I created this thread so we can all place articles, experiences, videos and examples of racism in the USA.

This is one that happened this week. The lady even called and filed a complaint on the officer. This officer also chose to wear the body cam (apparently, LA doesn't require this yet). This exchange wasn't necessarily racist IMO until she started with the "mexican racist...you will never be white, like you want" garbage. That is when it turned racist IMO

All the murderer and other insults, I think are just a by product of CRT and ACAB rhetoric that is very common on the radical left and sadly is being brought to mainstream in this country.

Another point that I think is worth mentioning is she is a teacher and the sense of entitlement she feels is mind blowing.

Ablack tradesman has claimed that Metropolitan Police officers told him he “does not look like an electrician” during a stop and search on his way home from work.

Josh King, 23, and his colleagues were returning from a job in Guildford when they were stopped by officers in a police van parked by the side of the road as they drove through Clapham on September 13, 2023.

This week, a video went viral on social media showing King and three coworkers, all in company uniforms, being forcibly removed from their vehicle and handcuffed by police during the tense search, leading to the arrest of one person for possessing an electrician’s knife.

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) later ruled that no further action should be taken against him.

Mr King, from Peckham, claims he was racially profiled and that his colleague was arrested despite explaining the knife was a work tool.

He added that officers appeared to dismiss his colleague's explanation that the tool had been inadvertently left in his cargo trousers.

The electrician, who owns KK Electrical Contractor Limited, claims that his business lost a client as a result of the incident.

He told the Standard: “We’re going home from work in my person car as I don’t have a van. I’m with the lads and we pass a police vehicle which is parked up in Clapham – I wasn’t speeding, my car’s insured – and I said ‘why have we been stopped? What’s the reason?’”

“And immediately they dragged us out the car and started antagonising us. We were put in handcuffs for about 90 minutes on the side of the road and they told us we don’t look like electricians.

“It makes you think, what does an electrician even look like? What does a plumber look like? What does a doctor look like?

“It was a very concerning thing to say but they didn’t realise the severity of what they said until afterwards.”

He added: “In that whole time period we were in handcuffs, they mistreated us. It was totally unnecessary…it wasn’t professional at all. As somebody who has never previously been stopped by police in my life, it was quite a traumatic experience for me.............

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Jazmin Evans had been waiting for a new kidney for four years when her hospital revealed shocking news: She should have been put on the transplant list in 2015 instead of 2019 — and a racially biased organ test was to blame.

As upsetting as that notification was, it also was part of an unprecedented move to mitigate the racial inequity. Evans is among more than 14,000 Black kidney transplant candidates so far given credit for lost waiting time, moving them up the priority list for their transplant.

“I remember just reading that letter over and over again,”said Evans, 29, of Philadelphia, who shared the notice in a TikTok video to educate other patients. “How could this happen?”

At issue is a once widely used test that overestimated how well Black people’s kidneys were functioning, making them look healthier than they really were — all because of an automated formula that calculated results for Black and non-Black patients differently. That race-based equation could delay diagnosis of organ failure and evaluation for a transplant, exacerbating other disparities that already make Black patients more at risk of needing a new kidney but less likely to get one.



A few years ago, the National Kidney Foundation and American Society of Nephrology prodded laboratories to switch to race-free equations in calculating kidney function. Then the U.S. organ transplant network ordered hospitals to use only race-neutral test results in adding new patients to the kidney waiting list.

“The immediate question came up: What about the people on the list right now? You can’t just leave them behind,” said Dr. Martha Pavlakis of Boston’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and former chair of the network’s kidney committee.


Pavlakis calls what happened next an attempt at restorative justice: The transplant network gave hospitals a year to uncover which Black kidney candidates could have qualified for a new kidney sooner if not for the race-based test — and adjust their waiting time to make up for it. That lookback continues for each newly listed Black patient to see if they, too, should have been referred sooner.

Between January 2023 and mid-March, more than 14,300 Black kidney transplant candidates have had their wait times modified, by an average of two years, according to the United Network for Organ Sharing, which runs the transplant system. So far more than 2,800 of them, including Evans, have received a transplant.……

North Carolina’s first Black-owned children’s bookstore, Liberation Station is being forced to move out of downtown Raleigh after only being open for less than a year.

Liberation Station reportedly opened on Juneteenth last year. The book store is known for hosting events for the community and selling children’s books written and illustrated by Black and underrepresented authors and illustrators. “Unfortunately, we live in a country that has given permission to the nameless and faceless people to make threats and cause harm, emotional harm,” owner Victoria Scott-Miller said.

On Monday, Scott-Miller took to her Instagram to tell her followers that the bookstore will be moving on April 30 after receiving death threats. “Since September, we’ve faced numerous threats following the opening of our store,” Scott-Miller wrote. “Some we brushed off, while others included a disturbing phone call detailing what our son Langston wore when he was at the shop alone.”

Scott-Miller runs the store with her husband and 13-year-old son but after receiving those threats they decided to stop working there two weeks ago. “We went away for two weeks just to breathe and process that the thing we had created for good was now attempting to be destroyed and taken away from us in some way,” she said.

“We’ve been strategizing within our means to avoid being targeted,” she wrote. Scott-Miller also shared why she was hesitant to make her concerns public. “Part of the reason why we didn’t want to talk about this is because I didn’t want to become the face of another movement,” she said. “I didn’t want to become the face of another cause...........

You want to know why most minorities vote Democrat? because majority of the people who truly hate them vote republican.
